瑪瑙珠和玻璃珠串連而成的高帽型頭飾。頭飾以三支細長木條和四支骨板區隔為六個區塊。木條頂端雕有戴三角高帽的人形木雕（正面中央一個、二側各一個）；骨板上則刻有菱形紋、邊緣有直線與交叉紋；六區瑪瑙珠串；每區以三個瑪瑙珠連結；十五串平行連結。帽緣連結一條紅黃綠玻璃珠編串的三角紋樣珠帶；珠帶底端垂飾有瑪瑙珠與玻璃珠串（正面瑪瑙、背面綁結處垂暗紅玻璃珠或紅黑紋玻璃珠）；腦後綁結處各有骨板穿綠色玻璃珠。根據博物館記錄，這是婚禮時新娘使用。從形式和雕刻圖案推測，這是東北部平原地區的噶瑪蘭族或凱達格蘭族使用。

According to the original record of the Royal Ontario Museum, this is a carnelian head-dress used in the wedding ceremony by the bride. The main part of this crown style headdress is made up by fifteen horizontal rows of carnelian beads, which totally comprises 270 pieces of faceted carnelian beads. The threaded carnelian beads are divided into six regions by seven vertical sticks. Four of the sticks are bone sticks with incised geometric patterns, while three of the sticks are wooden sticks topped with carved human face and high cap. There are fringes at bottom which are made of threaded glass beads in red, yellow, blue, white, and brown colors. This colorful wedding head-dress was used by the Kavalan bride in the Yi-lan plan in the past. The description of ROM HE Record Book shows: "Carnelian head-dress, wedding. Fifteen horizontal rows of faceted carnelian beads, threaded through seven vertical sticks three of which are wood, ropped with carved face, and four are ivory with incised geometric pattern. Fringe of glass beads at bottom, red, yellow, blue, white, brown. Ht max. 10 1/2”."
