無袖短上衣，藍色棉布剪裁製成，圓領、開前襟、袖口呈弧形剪裁、衣長及腰，衣擺較寬。領口、袖口和前襟邊緣，以紅、藍、黃、綠、紫、橘等色線繡有細緻而豔麗多彩的花葉、鳥形、船形和菱形幾何紋樣裝飾，前襟開開口處縫有白綢布邊，並等距縫有白布扣。推測這是難臺灣恆春地區平埔或斯卡羅族原住民男子的無袖短衣。原始資料記載，此件男性上衣可能與6692一起穿戴，由John Alexander Man船長自台灣採集得來，1870年4月29日納入大英博物館的Christy藏品之一。

Man’s short waistcoat made of light blue cotton cloth. The edges of the collar, sleeves, and front opening are decorated with colorful embroideries. According to the style and embroideries of the garment, it was most likely collected from the indigenous group in the southern end of Taiwan. It was worn together with a short loin skirt. The man's jacket could be worn together with 6692. It should be from the Budan groups of Paiwan in the south end of Taiwan.
